Arraigo in Spain

Obtain legal residence and the right to work in Spain through arraigo (settlement).

We support you from start to finish to regularise your administrative status with full legal certainty.

What is an arraigo permit?

Arraigo is a temporary residence permit for exceptional circumstances. It allows foreign nationals who are in Spain without legal status to obtain their papers and, in most cases, permission to work legally.

There are different types of arraigo depending on your personal, family or employment situation in the country.
